Job summary

Sight Spectrum in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors HXM Module Lead on a contract basis to drive end-to-end implementations and support engagements. You will lead solution design, gather requirements, map business processes, and provide functional leadership across Employee Central, MDF, workflows, and RBP, including payroll and time management modules.

Onsite deployment expected. The role requires 10+ years of experience and a valid passport; you will coordinate BIB

• Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors HXM implementation and support engagements.
• Drive solution design, requirements gathering, business process mapping and functional leadership.
• Configure and support Employee Central, MDF, workflows, business rules, Position Management and RBP.
• Manage ECP payroll schemas, rules, wage types, payroll processes and EC-ECP replication.
• Configure Time Tracking, work schedules, holiday calendars, overtime and attendance processes.
• Lead BIB integrations, SIT/UAT, payroll parallel runs, data migration and go-live activities.
