Job summary

OPEC Recruitment is seeking an experienced SAP Module Lead (SAP SuccessFactors HXM) to drive a major implementation in Saudi Arabia. This onsite role requires a strong functional leader with wide SAP integration experience and hands-on delivery across EC, ECP, Time Tracking and BIB.

Ideal candidates will have proven experience in leading workshops, gathering requirements, and guiding teams through testing, deployment and post-go-live support while ensuring best practices are followed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading SAP SuccessFactors HXM implementations.
• Strong ability to gather requirements and design solutions.
• Ability to lead workshops and engage stakeholders across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, configuration and support of SAP SuccessFactors HXM solutions.
• Own delivery across Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Time Tracking and BIB.
• Manage integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM or other enterprise systems.
• Lead workshops, requirements gathering, solution design and stakeholder engagement.
• Guide teams through testing, deployment and post-go-live support.
• Ensure SAP solutions follow best practices and meet business requirements.
