Job summary

SAP Professionals is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Module Lead to drive design, implementation and support of HXM solutions in the Riyadh region. You will lead end-to-end projects, collaborate with business stakeholders, and ensure successful go-lives across global deployments.

Ideal candidates will have deep hands-on EC, ECP and BIB experience, plus strong integration skills with CPI, SAP ERP and S4HANA, and proven leadership of cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Experience leading SAP SuccessFactors HXM implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Employee Central and ECP.
• Experience with EC–ECP integration and payroll replication.
• Global implementation and production support experience.
• Experience with SAP CPI integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors HXM implementation and support projects
• Lead solution design, requirement gathering and business process mapping
• Configure EC Foundation Objects, MDF, workflows, business rules and Position Management
• Configure and support ECP payroll schemas, rules, wage types and payroll processes
• Manage Time Tracking, work schedules, holiday calendars and overtime rules
• Configure BIB integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP ERP/S4HANA
• Troubleshoot data replication and integration issues
• Support SIT, UAT, payroll parallel runs and Go-Live
• Lead functional teams and mentor consultants
