Job summary

Datamatics Technologies in Riyadh seeks an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central EC Consultant to lead HR transformation. You will specialize in Core HR, Time Management, Time Off, and Time Sheet modules, with hands-on implementation and ongoing support for global clients.

You will configure Foundation Objects and MDF objects, manage data models and XML configurations, and deliver accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central experience.
• Led 2-3 full EC and Time Off implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Core HR and Time Management.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support EC Time Off and Time Sheet modules.
• Gather business requirements and translate to system solutions.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central EC Consultant with strong expertise in Core HR and Time Management solutions The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in implementing and supporting Employee Central Time Off and Time Sheet modules along with a solid understanding of SuccessFactors configuration data models and reporting The role requires close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality HR transformation solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central EC Time Off and Time Sheet modules
• Gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions
• Configure Foundation Objects MDF Objects workflows and business rules
• Manage data models XML configurations and system setup
• Support Story Reporting and HR analytics requirements
• Participate in testing deployment user training and post-go-live support
• Collaborate with business HR and technical teams to deliver HR transformation initiatives

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Completed 2-3 full lifecycle implementations of Employee Central and Time Off modules.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Core HR and Time Management processes.
