Job summary

Notions Group in Saudi Arabia is seeking a results-driven Sales Officer for Traditional Trade. You will own your Riyadh/Jeddah territory, build strong relationships with roasteries, wholesalers and retailers, and drive sales across CHOCODATE Arabian Delights chocolates and snacks.

You will travel extensively, hit monthly targets, manage credit, and ensure product availability with proper pricing. Fluency in Arabic with working English and Excel skills are required for field-based execution.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field (high school with strong experience considered).
• 3–5 years of KSA field sales in FMCG traditional trade with new outlets opened and targets hit.
• Category experience with roasteries, nuts, coffee, dates, confectionery, or snacks outlets is preferred.
• Established relationships with roastery owners, wholesalers & retailers in Riyadh or Jeddah.
• Strong negotiation, credit control, and collections skills.

Responsibilities

• Territory: New Outlets – cover territory with a structured plan to open outlets monthly.
• Orders: Hit monthly targets across all brands and push peak seasons.
• Credit: Collections – negotiate within limits, COD for new accounts, keep overdues at zero.
• Sell-Out: Track rate of sale, ensure shelf visibility, FEFO, maintain per-kg pricing.
• Reporting – daily SFA reports and monthly competitor price updates.

Key Responsibilities

• Territory: New Outlets – Cover your territory A B C with a structured PJP and open new outlets every month roasteries wholesalers baqalas mini-markets nut dates shops and loose sellers
• Orders: Seasons – Hit monthly targets across all brands and push the peaks Ramadan Eids Hajj Umrah National Day
• Credit: Collections – Negotiate within approved limits COD for new accounts collect on time and keep overdues at zero
• Sell-Out: Stock Health – Track rate of sale secure shelf visibility apply FEFO and keep RRP per-kg pricing right
• Reporting – Daily SFA reports and monthly competitor price and scheme updates

Who we are looking for

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field (high school with strong experience considered).
• Experience: 3-5 years of KSA field sales in FMCG traditional trade, with a record of opening new outlets and hitting targets.
• Category: Experience selling to roasteries, nuts, coffee, dates, confectionery, or snacks outlets is strongly preferred.
• Network: Established relationships with roastery owners, wholesalers & retailers in Riyadh or Jeddah.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, credit control, and collections.
• Languages & Tools: Fluent spoken Arabic, working English, Excel, and mobile SFA apps.
• License: Valid KSA driving license and readiness for extensive field travel.
