Job summary

Napco National Company in Medina is seeking a proactive sales professional to expand our customer base and maximize product penetration in assigned territories. You will present orders, manage collections, and ensure planogram compliance while coordinating with the team to resolve issues.

• Minimum High School degree.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Sell the widest range of company’s products to assigned customers and provide feedback on competition activity.
• Ensure proper implementation of planogram.
• Issue special order requests as needed.
• Collect invoices according to aging policy.
• Prepare documents for call cycles or business reviews before visiting the market.
• Detect and report new customers to the team leader.
• Sell to all potential customers.
• Handle customer complaints and report to the sales team leader.
• Present customer orders to the team leader and arrange daily collections for distributor or accountant.
• Issue return forms for defective products with superior approval.
• Report any problems/objections to the team leader.
• Review quarterly customer account reconciliations and obtain customer signature/approval.
• Perform inventory checks during visits covering warehouses and shelves.

Job Responsibilities & Tasks (Duties include but are not limited to)

• To sell the widest range of company’s products to his assigned customers and provide feedback of any competition activity within his area.
• Ensure proper implementation of planogram.
• Issue special order requests upon need
• Collect the invoices according to company’s aging policy.
• Prepare all needed documents for the call cycle or business review, before going to the market.
• Detect and report new customers in his area to the team leader.
• Sell all potential customers.
• Handle customer complaints and report them to the sales team leader.
• Present customer orders to the team leader and the daily collection for the distributor or accountant
• Issue return forms for defected products if available and get approval from his superior before actual return.
• Reports to the team leader any problem / objection that occurred and he could not handle.
• Review on quarterly basis customer account reconciliation and get customer signature/approval.
• Perform inventory check for every visit covering warehouses and shelves

Required Job Qualifications & Competencies

• Education & Experience
  • Minimum High School degree.
  • A minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience in similar and related field.
