Job summary

Napco National Company is seeking a sales-oriented professional to grow our customer base in Medina. The candidate will sell a wide range of products, ensure planogram compliance, and manage order processing and invoicing during market visits.

Responsibilities include presenting orders, handling complaints, and reporting issues to the team leader, while performing quarterly account reviews and inventory checks across warehouses and shelves.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School degree.
• A minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience in similar and related field.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper implementation of planogram.
• Issue special order requests.
• Collect invoices according to aging policy.
• Prepare documents for call cycles or business reviews.
• Detect and report new customers to the team leader.
• Sell all potential customers.
• Handle customer complaints and report to the sales team leader.
• Present customer orders and daily collection to distributor or accountant.
• Issue return forms for defected products and obtain approval before return.
• Report problems/objections to Team Leader.
• Review quarterly customer accounts recon and get customer signature/approval.
• Perform inventory check during visits to warehouses and shelves.

• Job Responsibilities & Tasks (Duties include but are not limited to)
• To sell the widest range of company’s products to his assigned customers and provide feedback of any competition activity within his area.
• Ensure proper implementation of planogram.
• Issue special order requests upon need
• Collect the invoices according to company’s aging policy.
• Prepare all needed documents for the call cycle or business review, before going to the market.
• Detect and report new customers in his area to the team leader.
• Sell all potential customers.
• Handle customer complaints and report them to the sales team leader.
• Present customer orders to the team leader and the daily collection for the distributor or accountant
• Issue return forms for defected products if available and get approval from his superior before actual return.
• Reports to the team leader any problem / objection that occurred and he could not handle.
• Review on quarterly basis customer account reconciliation and get customer signature/approval.
• Perform inventory check for every visit covering warehouses and shelves
