Qualifications

• Experience in Civil Construction, Fit-Out, Sports Flooring or related works
• Strong client & contractor network in Riyadh
• Experience in business development, client visits & project sales
• Ability to understand client requirements and coordinate with technical/project teams
• Knowledge of the Riyadh construction and contracting market is preferred
• Good communication, negotiation & follow-up skills
• Valid Iqama
• Saudi Driving License preferred
• Immediate joining preferred

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Riyadh and surrounding regions
• Meet clients, present solutions and close project sales
• Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure client requirements are met
• Maintain strong relationships with contractors and key decision-makers
