Job summary

Nestlé Middle East in Jeddah seeks a Sales Support Executive to assist the Sales function with data preparation, analysis and recommendations. You will help set monthly targets, maintain forecast tools and generate daily and ad-hoc reports to monitor sales operations.

Responsibilities include consolidating sell-out and stock data for ecommerce, preparing templates for monthly meetings, maintaining customer data with F&C and Channel Management, and ensuring accurate account information to prevent

Qualifications

• University graduate or equivalent.
• Advanced computer skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Very good analytical skills.
• Effective communication.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in a sales executive role.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of monthly sales target by salesman and calculation of sales force incentive.
• Maintenance of Sales forecast tools to support MBPC /MIP and Ladder sheet.
• Responsible for daily and ad-hoc reports/analysis to enable management to monitor day-to-day sales operations.
• Consolidate all customers sell-out and stock on hand report in our built in file for E-com.
• Preparing all data and templates required for monthly meetings and participate in Sales team key meetings. (i.e. MFRs, QBRs).
• Customer data maintenance in coordination with F&C /Channel Manager & Nestle business services.
• Create and maintain a unified listing template for e-commerce customers, including descriptions, weights, pack shots (if available) , and other required details.
• Track Master Data update requests and ensure all account information is maintained accurately and up to date noting that even the updated order form is not fully correct and might lead to loss in sales due to wrong cost, item code, barcode…
• Support cross-functional follow-up with relevant stakeholders to accelerate issue resolution and ensure business continuity.
