Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Engineering, Food Science, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in flavours, ingredients, food ingredients, foodservice, or related FMCG industry.
• Experience supporting sales, customer service, commercial operations, or supply chain functions is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer sample requests, including tracking, follow-up, and feedback collection.
• Coordinate preparation, dispatch, and receipt of samples and cargo packages.
• Support Account Managers (AMs) in creating and updating sales opportunities in Salesforce.
• Maintain accurate customer records and commercial documentation.
• Prepare and organize local sales import documentation, including ingredient lists, labelling information, product declarations.
• Create and maintain stock cards for local sales activities.
