You will own incidents end-to-end, troubleshoot Linux, networking, databases, APIs, and cloud technologies, and collaborate with developers and product teams while leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Eng, or related technical field.
• 3+ years in technical or support engineering.
• Experience with cloud platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own technical support tickets end-to-end, investigating incidents, troubleshooting issues, identifying root causes, and delivering effective solutions.
• Provide guidance on product functionality, configuration, best practices, and technical processes.
• Diagnose complex issues using Linux administration, logs, networking, databases, APIs, and other troubleshooting techniques.
• Manage customer communication and provide timely, accurate updates per SLAs and quality standards.
• Collaborate with developers, product teams, account managers, and other technical stakeholders to resolve issues and escalate when needed.
• Maintain accurate ticket records, documenting investigation steps, resolutions, and relevant technical information.
• Create and improve technical notes, knowledge-base articles, and troubleshooting documentation.
• Stay current with the platform and related technologies, support processes, and emerging tools.
• Contribute to operational projects and initiatives to improve support effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
