Job summary

KBR is seeking a Rotating Equipment Specialist in Saudi Arabia to lead maintenance activities for rotating equipment, ensuring quality and schedule adherence per SATORP standards.

Candidate should have Diploma and/or Bachelor in engineering with extensive Oil & Gas maintenance experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication in a multi-cultural environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in engineering is required.
• Bachelor Degree in engineering is required.
• Minimum 12 years' experience in Oil & Gas maintenance - Diploma.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in Oil & Gas maintenance - Degree.
• Expert in Rotating Equipment.
• Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills.
• Proven leadership skills with large organizations.
• Strategic thinking, open to new ideas.
• Ability to achieve business results in a multi-cultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Receives jobs, work instructions, drawing, and specification as required from Supervisor and perform work.
• Use right tools and equipment for the job and operate heavy-duty specialized tools taken from Central tool room.
• Operate basic machine tools such as grinder, power saw, drill press, threading machine, etc.
• Perform all the installation and Maintenance works as per SATORP procedures and guidelines.
• Carryout necessary testing (Hydro, Pneumatic, etc.)
• Receive necessary work permits before starting of work
• Maintain strict compliance with SATORP safety standards.
• Perform good Housekeeping during and after completion of jobs.
• Achieve completion of jobs to quality and schedule according to company standards and requirements.
