Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Allocate maintenance activities to Technicians and assemble the team.
  • Supervise ongoing jobs and update progress to Foreman.
  • Organize manpower resources, equipment and materials availability.
  • Arrange necessary work permits before starting work.
  • Provide technical advice to Technicians on proper tools and equipment.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance Planning and Technical departments to execute jobs.
  • Ensure SAP data input, history and hours are maintained.
  • Attend daily and weekly maintenance progress meetings.
  • Maintain compliance with SATORP standards and guidelines.
  • Ensure safe work practices and PPE usage per standards.
  • Encourage reporting of near misses and unsafe conditions.
  • Participate in Safety audits.
  • Attend Safety and Technical trainings as scheduled.

KBR is looking for VALVE TECHNICIAN II who Maintains Rotating equipment’s in good condition. Carryout installation, Maintenance and Repair of Rotating equipment’s and Mechanical systems to required standards.

Responsibilities
  • Allocate maintenance activities to various Technicians and assemble the team.
  • Supervise all ongoing jobs and update the progress to Foreman.
  • Organize manpower resources, equipment’s and materials availability.
  • Arrange necessary work permits before starting of work.
  • Provide technical advice to Technicians to use proper tools and equipment’s.

  • Ensure that SAP data input, history and actual hours are maintained.

  • Maintain strict compliance with SATORP standards and guidelines.
  • Ensure the compliance of safe work practices, hazardous work regulations and PPE usage according to SATORP standards.
  • Encourage reporting of Near miss, unsafe conditions and acts.
  • Participates in Safety audits.
  • Attend the Safety and Technical training as scheduled.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – Diploma/Bachelors.
  • Strong technical understanding of maintenance management of Oil & Gas Facilities
  • Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills
  • Proven leadership skills with large organizations
  • Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems
  • Strategic management skills
  • An ability to achieve business results working in a multi-cultural environment
