Job summary

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) seeks a Rotating Supervisor to oversee maintenance activities in a high-demand Oil & Gas setting. You will allocate teams, supervise ongoing jobs, manage resources, and ensure compliance with SAP, safety, and company standards.

This role requires strong leadership across multi-cultural environments and proactive problem-solving. As part of KBR, you will participate in safety trainings and toolbox talks, coordinating with Operations, Maintenance Planning

Qualifications

• 10+ years Oil & Gas maintenance experience (High School).
• 8+ years Oil & Gas maintenance experience (Diploma).
• Strong maintenance management knowledge of Oil & Gas facilities.
• Leadership in large multi-cultural teams.

Responsibilities

• Allocate maintenance activities and assemble the team.
• Supervise ongoing jobs and report progress to Foreman.
• Organize manpower, equipment and materials availability.
• Arrange necessary work permits before starting work.
• Provide technical guidance on tools and equipment usage.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance Planning and Technical departments to execute and complete the job.
• Ensure SAP data input, history and actual hours are maintained.
• Attend daily and weekly maintenance progress meetings.
• Maintain compliance with SATORP standards and guidelines.
• Conduct toolbox talks before commencing work.
• Ensure safe work practices, PPE usage according to standards.
• Encourage reporting of near misses and unsafe conditions; participate in safety audits.
• Attend Safety and Technical training as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Allocate maintenance activities to various Technicians and assemble the team.
• Supervise all ongoing jobs and update the progress to Foreman.
• Organize manpower resources, equipment’s and materials availability.
• Arrange necessary work permits before starting of work.
• Provide technical advice to Technicians to use proper tools and equipment’s.
• Co-ordinate with Operations, Maintenance Planning and Technical departments to execute and complete the job.
• Ensure that SAP data input, history and actual hours are maintained.
• Attend daily and weekly maintenance progress meetings.
• Maintain strict compliance with SATORP standards and guidelines
• Conduct Toolbox talk before commencing work.
• Ensure the compliance of safe work practices, hazardous work regulations and PPE usage according to SATORP standards.
• Encourage reporting of Near miss, unsafe conditions and acts.
• Participates in Safety audits
• Attend the Safety and Technical training as scheduled.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – High School.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – Diploma.
• Strong technical understanding of maintenance management of Oil & Gas Facilities
• Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills
• Proven leadership skills with large organizations
• Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems
• An ability to achieve business results working in a multi-cultural environment
