Job summary

KBR is seeking a seasoned Foreman to oversee daily maintenance activities—corrective, preventive, and predictive—for a Petrochemical plant. You will supervise contractor work, ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality rules, and support planning, scheduling, and reliability analyses.

Ideal candidates bring extensive Oil & Gas maintenance experience, strong leadership, and a proactive, multi-cultural mindset to drive reliability and operation continuity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years' Oil & Gas maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and instrumentation maintenance in Petrochemical plants.
• Proven leadership skills with large teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute maintenance jobs for mechanical, electrical and instrumentation in Petrochemical plants.
• Regular reporting in CMMS system regarding maintenance execution.
• Provide support to planning and scheduling supervisor.
• Support reliability department for bad actor analysis.
• Prepare weekly maintenance reports and participate in maintenance meetings.
• Coordinate with HR for staff training and development.
• Ensure safety requirements are followed during execution.

CMAI09 - Maintenance Mechanic, Foreman

Area Maintenance Foreman

KBR is looking for a Foreman to guaranty that daily maintenance activities (corrective, preventive and predictive for mechanical, I/E and rotating equipment) of Petrochemical plant are carried out by Contractor, in compliance with safety, environment and quality rules to assure sector availability, reliability and operation continuity.

Responsibilities

• Execution of all maintenance jobs assign to contractor related to mechanical, electrical and instrumentation of Petrochemical plant in accordance with Company standard.


• Regular reporting in CMMS system regarding maintenance execution at SATORP's Plant


• Provide required supports to planning and scheduling supervisor.


• Support to company reliability department for bad actor analysis.


• Prepare weekly report and discuss in Maintenance meeting.


• Review and enhance knowledge of personnel by job specific Training by coordinating with Head of HR.


• Stick and conform for follow up of all safety requirements at job execution phase.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years' experience in Oil & Gas maintenance - High School.


• Minimum 10 years' experience in Oil & Gas maintenance - Diploma.


• Minimum 7 years' experience in Oil & Gas maintenance - Bachelor Degree


• Good knowledge of the equipment's of the refining, team, Piloting of maintenance contracts, good knowledge of the safety rules


• Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills


• Proven leadership skills with large organizations


• Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems


• Strategic thinking, open to new ideas


• An ability to achieve business results working in a multi-cultural environment
