Job summary

KBR, Inc is seeking a Rotating Technician II in Saudi Arabia to maintain rotating equipment and mechanical systems to required standards. You will allocate maintenance, supervise teams, and ensure safety and compliance with SATORP standards.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years in Oil & Gas maintenance with strong technical and leadership skills, and the ability to work in a multi-cultural environment. This is an on-site full-time position requiring collaboration across Operations and Maintenance

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-6 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance.
• Strong technical understanding of maintenance management of Oil & Gas facilities.
• Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills.
• Proven leadership skills with large organizations.
• Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems.
• Strategic management skills.
• Ability to achieve business results in a multi-cultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Allocate maintenance activities to Technicians and assemble the team.
• Supervise ongoing jobs and update Foreman on progress.
• Organize manpower resources, equipment and materials availability.
• Arrange necessary work permits before starting work.
• Provide technical advice to Technicians on proper tools and equipment.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance Planning and Technical departments to execute and complete the job.
• Ensure SAP data input, history and actual hours are maintained.
• Attend daily and weekly maintenance progress meetings.
• Maintain compliance with SATORP standards and guidelines.
