Job summary

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) is seeking an Area Maintenance Foreman to oversee daily maintenance activities at a Petrochemical plant, ensuring compliance with safety, environment and quality standards. You will supervise contractor work on mechanical, electrical and instrumentation systems, driving reliability and continuous operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years experience in Oil & Gas maintenance.
• Minimum 10 years in Oil & Gas maintenance with Diploma.
• Minimum 7 years in Oil & Gas maintenance with Bachelor Degree.
• Good knowledge of refinery equipment and safety rules.
• Ability to lead large teams and coordinate with multiple contracts.

Responsibilities

• Execute maintenance jobs for mechanical, electrical and instrumentation of the Petrochemical plant as assigned to contractor.
• Provide regular CMMS-based maintenance execution reports.
• Support planning and scheduling supervisor with needs and priorities.
• Assist reliability teams with bad actor analysis and follow-ups.
• Prepare weekly maintenance reports and discuss in meetings.
• Coordinate with HR for personnel training and safety requirements.

KBR is looking for a Foreman to guaranty that daily maintenance activities (corrective, preventive and predictive for mechanical, I/E and rotating equipment) of Petrochemical plant are carried out by Contractor, in compliance with safety, environment and quality rules to assure sector availability, reliability and operation continuity

Responsibilities

• Execution of all maintenance jobs assign to contractor related to mechanical, electrical and instrumentation of Petrochemical plant in accordance with Company standard.
• Regular reporting in CMMS system regarding maintenance execution at SATORP's Plant
• Provide required supports to planning and scheduling supervisor.
• Support to company reliability department for bad actor analysis.
• Prepare weekly report and discuss in Maintenance meeting.
• Review and enhance knowledge of personnel by job specific Training by coordinating with Head of HR.
• Stick and conform for follow up of all safety requirements at job execution phase.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – High School.
• Minimum 10 years experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – Diploma.
• Minimum 7 years experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – Bachelor Degree
• Good knowledge of the equipment's of the refining, team, Piloting of maintenance contracts, good knowledge of the safety rules
• Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills
• Proven leadership skills with large organizations
• Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems
