Job summary

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) is seeking an Equipment Supervisor to lead lifting and heavy equipment teams on-site at oil and gas assets in Saudi Arabia. You will ensure safe lifting operations, coordinate on-site equipment, and supervise skilled crews while maintaining contractual safety standards.

Ideal candidates will have extensive Oil & Gas maintenance experience, strong leadership in large organizations, and the ability to travel internationally and reside in KSA.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience in Oil & Gas maintenance - High School
• Minimum 8 years' experience in Oil & Gas maintenance - Diploma
• Strong technical understanding of maintenance management of Oil & Gas Facilities
• Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills
• Proven leadership skills with large organizations
• Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems
• Strategic management skills
• An ability to achieve business results working in a multi-cultural environment
• Flexibility to travel internationally and live in KSA
