Job summary

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) seeks an experienced Foreman to oversee daily maintenance for Petrochemical plant activities, ensuring mechanical, electrical and instrumentation work complies with safety, environmental, and quality standards at the SATORP plant.

The role requires strong leadership, proactive organization, and the ability to coordinate with planning, HR, and reliability teams to optimize asset availability and reliability in a multi-cultural environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – High School.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – Diploma.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – Bachelor Degree
• Good knowledge of refinery equipment, team piloting of maintenance contracts, and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Execution of all maintenance jobs assigned to contractor related to mechanical, electrical and instrumentation of Petrochemical plant in accordance with Company standard.
• Regular reporting in CMMS system regarding maintenance execution at SATORP’s Plant
• Provide required supports to planning and scheduling supervisor
• Support to company reliability department for bad actor analysis
• Prepare weekly report and discuss in Maintenance meeting
• Review and enhance knowledge of personnel by job specific Training by coordinating with Head of HR
• Stick and conform for follow up of all safety requirements at job execution phase
