Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – Diploma/Bachelors.
• Strong maintenance management knowledge for Oil & Gas facilities.
• Well organized with excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in multi-cultural environments.

Responsibilities

• Allocate maintenance activities to Technicians and assemble the team.
• Supervise ongoing jobs and update progress to Foreman.
• Organize manpower resources, equipment’s and materials availability.
• Arrange necessary work permits before starting of work.
• Provide technical advice to Technicians to use proper tools and equipment.”
• Co-ordinate with Operations, Maintenance Planning and Technical departments to execute and complete the job.
• Ensure that SAP data input, history and actual hours are maintained.
• Attend daily and weekly maintenance progress meetings.
• Maintain strict compliance with SATORP standards and guidelines.
• Encourage reporting of Near miss, unsafe conditions and acts.
• Participates in Safety audits.
• Attend the Safety and Technical training as scheduled.
