Job summary

The House Hotel Jeddah, part of Kerten Hospitality, seeks a Rooms Division Manager to oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Relations, and related departments. You will ensure service excellence, brand standards, and seamless operations across the Rooms Division in a luxury hotel setting.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Hospitality Management, with 5 years in Rooms Division and at least 2 in a managerial role, plus strong knowledge of Opera PMS and English fluency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 5 years in Rooms Division with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Front Office and Housekeeping operations.
• Solid understanding of revenue management, budgeting, and cost control.
• Experience in pre-opening phases or project setup is a significant advantage.
• High proficiency in hotel systems (PMS such as Opera) and Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Rooms Division operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Relations, Concierge, Reservations, and Laundry.
• Drive guest satisfaction by monitoring feedback and implementing action plans.
• Work with Revenue and Sales to maximize occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR through pricing strategies.
• Prepare and manage the Rooms Division budget, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Ensure rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop Rooms Division teams.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
• Support pre-opening or seasonal ramp-up activities.
• Handle VIP arrivals, group movements, and escalated guest concerns.
• Provide operational insights and recommendations to hotel management.
