Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool, etc. after cleaning to ensure quality standards.
• Run sold room reports, verify room status, prioritize room cleaning, and update status of departing rooms.
• Assist housekeeping management in daily activities and coordinate with other departments.
• Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with front desk and communicate changes in room assignments.
• Move, lift, and handle items; work with computers/POS systems as required.
• Support safety policies and maintain professional appearance and confidentiality.
