Job summary

Kerten Hospitality's The House Hotel Jeddah is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead guest services, reception, reservations and concierge for a seamless daily operation.

You will mentor the front office team, drive service excellence, manage check-in/out and guest accounts, and collaborate with Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance to ensure an outstanding guest journey. Fluency in English and Arabic is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field.
• 4–6 years of front office experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of PMS and front office systems (Opera, Fidelio, or similar).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest complaints with diplomacy.
• A passion for service and ability to inspire a team to deliver excellence.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all front office operations, including reception, reservations, concierge, and guest relations.
• Lead, train, and motivate the front office team to deliver high service standards.
• Ensure seamless check-in/check-out processes and accurate guest billing.
• Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain occupancy data, forecasts and front office documentation.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance for a seamless guest journey.
• Monitor front office costs, staffing, and resource utilization.
• Use guest feedback and data to enhance service and productivity.
• Foster a guest-focused culture and develop future hospitality leaders.
