Job summary

Percipere is seeking a highly driven Senior Sales Executive to lead end-to-end SAP ERP sales across Saudi enterprises. You will develop pipelines, engage CXOs, and close complex deals in S/4HANA and cloud offerings.

You should have 5–8 years of quota-bearing software sales experience, strong Saudi market knowledge, and fluency in English and Arabic. Travel within Saudi Arabia is required.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of quota-bearing enterprise software sales experience.
• Minimum 3+ years selling SAP solutions is essential.
• Fluent in English and Arabic communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end sales of SAP solutions and services across assigned territory.
• Build, develop and manage a strong sales pipeline focused on SAP S/4HANA and related SAP cloud and on-prem offerings.
• Develop territory plans, account strategies and forecasts aligned with the Saudi market.
• Consistently achieve and exceed assigned annual sales targets and revenue goals.
• Identify new SAP business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline within enterprise accounts.
• Lead customer discussions, solution positioning, negotiations and deal closures.
• Engage with CXO-level decision-makers to understand client pain points and propose tailored SAP solutions.
