Qualifications

• Saudi national preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in commercial real estate or related industry.
• Basic understanding of the Saudi commercial real estate market.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (written and verbal).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in market research and analysis to support leasing strategies.
• Prepare property reports, market summaries and competitive analysis.
• Support senior team members in property tours, client meetings and tenant presentations.
• Maintain and update property databases, tenant information and lease documentation.
• Coordinate with landlords, tenants and internal teams to facilitate leasing transactions.
• Monitor market trends, vacancy rates and rental performance across the Riyadh market.
• Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and property brochures.
• Conduct site inspections and gather property information as required.
• Support administrative tasks related to leasing transactions and client management.
