Job summary

JLL in Riyadh is seeking a motivated Junior Analyst to join the Leasing Advisory team. This Saudi National role offers a foundation in commercial real estate and opportunities to develop within a dynamic market.

You will support market research, property reports, client meetings, and leasing transactions, collaborating with landlords, tenants and internal teams. A Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years' experience are expected, with proficiency in English and Arabic.

Qualifications

Saudi National.
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in commercial real estate or a related industry.
Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

Assist in market research and analysis to support leasing strategies and client proposals.
Prepare property reports, market summaries, and competitive analysis.
Support senior team members in property tours, client meetings and tenant presentations.
Maintain and update property databases, tenant information, and lease documentation.
Coordinate with landlords, tenants, and internal teams to facilitate leasing transactions.
Monitor market trends, vacancy rates, and rental performance in Riyadh.
