Jones Lang LaSalle in Riyadh seeks an Leasing Analyst to support leasing strategies through market research, prepare property reports, and assist in client meetings and property tours. You will maintain databases, coordinate with landlords and tenants, and contribute to marketing efforts.

The role involves monitoring Riyadh market trends and assisting senior team members in transactions and reporting, with a focus on accuracy and team collaboration.

Formación

• Saudi national preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in commercial real estate or related industry.
• Basic understanding of the Saudi commercial real estate market.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (written and verbal).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
