Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a motivated Junior Analyst to join the Leasing Advisory team in Riyadh. This Saudi national role focuses on supporting leasing strategies across office, retail, and industrial properties in a dynamic market.

You will conduct market research, prepare reports, and assist senior staff with client meetings and property tours, while developing expertise in Saudi real estate trends and transaction processes.

Qualifications

• Saudi National.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in commercial real estate or a related industry.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; fluent in English and Arabic.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsabilités

• Assist in market research and analysis to support leasing strategies and proposals.
• Prepare property reports, market summaries, and competitive analyses.
• Support senior team members in property tours, client meetings, and tenant presentations.
• Maintain and update property databases, tenant information, and lease documentation.
• Coordinate with landlords, tenants, and internal teams to facilitate leasing transactions.
• Monitor market trends, vacancy rates, and rental performance in Riyadh.
