Job summary

You will manage leasing cycles, coordinate with facility management, and lead tenant relations, ensuring top-tier service and adherence to local regulations in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years property management experience in KSA.
• Experience managing mixed-use developments (compound experience preferred).
• Proven track record in leasing, rent collection and tenant retention.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency advantageous.
• Proficient in property management systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Leasing & tenancy management: develop annual leasing strategies and manage move-ins/outs, renewals and negotiations.
• Financial & revenue management: oversee rent billing, collection, arrears controls and budget reconciliation.
• Operations & vendor coordination: coordinate with FM contractor, approvals for maintenance, and safety compliance.
• Customer service & community management: manage resident helpdesk, events, and resident satisfaction.
• Compliance & reporting: ensure regulatory compliance (KSA regs, ZATCA, MoMRA) and prepare KPI reports.
