Weekday seeks a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth in Riyadh and the Eastern Region, focusing on Microsoft, AI, IT Infrastructure, and Cyber Security solutions.

You will build partnerships, acquire new business, and lead direct sales initiatives with senior decision-makers across Riyadh, Khobar, and Dammam. Requires 3–5 years in IT BD and strong English/Arabic communication.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in B2B IT sales or BD
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Willingness to travel regionally in Riyadh area
• Currently residing in Riyadh

Responsabilités

• Identify and pursue new IT opportunities in Microsoft, AI, Cyber Security, and Infrastructure solutions.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and long-term client relationships.
• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with technology vendors and local partners.
• Collaborate with Microsoft, Cyber Security providers, and AI vendors to enrich offerings.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals.
• Engage with senior decision-makers to understand client needs and offer tailored, value-driven solutions.
• Create persuasive business proposals, deliver presentations, and negotiate terms.
• Conduct market analysis across Riyadh, Khobar, and Dammam.
• Provide insights to leadership to support regional growth initiatives.
• Maintain strong client relationships for retention and repeat business.
