Job summary

Clarios, based in Riyadh, is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to independently manage HR processes across the employee lifecycle and drive continuous improvement. The role requires strong HR knowledge and the ability to handle complex inquiries with confidentiality.

You will partner with Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Talent Acquisition to ensure accurate data, compliant processes, and efficient service delivery in the Saudi market. English fluency is required, Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Several years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or similar HR support role.
• Knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR compliance requirements is desirable.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office applications (Workday, SAP, Outlook, Excel, Teams, Copilot).
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth delivery of HR services across the employee lifecycle.
• Take ownership of defined HR processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, consistency, and timely execution.
• Support onboarding, employee records management, contractual changes, offboarding, and other core HR administration activities.
• Resolve non-standard HR cases by applying sound judgment and ensuring compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and internal procedures.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve HR processes, increasing efficiency and service quality.
• Act as a key point of contact for employees, managers, and stakeholders regarding HR policies, procedures, and operational matters.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Time & Attendance, Talent Acquisition, and other HR functions to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
• Maintain and update HR systems and employee data, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Generate HR reports and support audits, compliance activities, and workforce data analysis.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, process documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives within the HR team.
