Job summary

NP Designs in Riyadh is seeking a dedicated BIM Modeler for a full-time, on-site role. You will develop and maintain architectural and MEP BIM models, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project standards.

You will coordinate with architects, engineers, and the project team to resolve clashes, produce construction drawings, and support workflow improvements through standardized templates.

Qualifications

• Strong BIM modeling and authoring skills.
• Ability to interpret design intent for model development.
• Experience reading, updating and coordinating construction drawings.
• Familiarity with BIM coordination tools and multi-discipline workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed BIM models for architectural and MEP disciplines.
• Coordinate model elements across disciplines and resolve clashes with architects/engineers.
• Prepare and manage project templates and standards; export model views as needed.
• Support production of schedules, shop drawings and documentation.
