Job summary

Assystem is seeking an expert BIM Engineer in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to lead BIM coordination for major infrastructure projects. You will manage architectural and MEP models, drive clash detection, and ensure BEP/EIR compliance within a robust CDE workflow.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of BIM experience, a strong architectural/MEP background, and eligibility for local transfer. The role demands leadership, collaboration with project teams, and optimization of digital design governance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years BIM/digital engineering experience in construction/infrastructure.
• Strong architectural or MEP background with practical modeling experience.
• Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM deliverables for major projects and coordinate multidisciplinary models.
• Perform clash detection and resolve spatial clashes across disciplines.
• Ensure BEP/EIR compliance and data integrity across the CDE.
• Review and validate drawings, 3D models, and submittals from subcontractors.
• Mentor junior BIM modelers and coordinate training.
