Job summary

ProjecTTech in Riyadh is seeking an experienced BIM Modeler – Infrastructure Networks (Wet & Dry) to support development and coordination of BIM models for infrastructure projects across multidisciplinary teams. The candidate should have 3+ years of BIM experience on infrastructure projects, strong skills in Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo and 3ds Max, and fluency in English and Arabic.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Civil Engineering or related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of BIM experience on infrastructure projects.
• Strong experience in wet and dry utility modeling.
• Proficient in Revit with knowledge of Navisworks, Dynamo, and 3ds Max.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM models for wet and dry utility networks.
• Produce accurate 2D drawings and 3D models.
• Coordinate models and resolve clashes using Navisworks.
• Update models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards and client requirements.
• Support BIM coordination meetings and maintain project documentation.
