Job summary

NP Designs in Riyadh is seeking a dedicated BIM Modeler for a full-time, on-site role. You will develop and maintain architectural and MEP BIM models, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project standards.

You will coordinate with architects, engineers, and the project team to resolve clashes, produce construction drawings, and support workflow improvements through standardized templates.

Responsibilities

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site BIM Modeler role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The BIM Modeler will develop and maintain detailed BIM models for architectural and MEP disciplines, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project standards. Day-to-day tasks include creating and updating construction drawings, coordinating model elements across disciplines, and resolving clashes and discrepancies in collaboration with architects, engineers, and other project team members. The role involves preparing documentation, exporting model views, and supporting the production of schedules and shop drawings. The BIM Modeler will also contribute to improving modeling workflows and maintaining project templates and standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Model authoring tools.
• Candidates should possess skills in Architecture and the interpretation of design intent for model development.
• Candidates should possess skills in Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) modeling and coordination.
• Candidates should possess skills in reading, developing, and updating Construction Drawings.
• Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit or similar), and familiarity with coordination tools (e.g., Navisworks) is beneficial.
• Relevant academic background in architecture, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience working on building projects in the Gulf region or Saudi Arabia is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work within deadlines, and effective communication skills are required.
