Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years of health and safety leadership experience in complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation and risk assessment methods.
• Proven ability to implement and continuously improve safety management systems.
• Experience in auditing, incident investigation, and emergency planning.
• Professional certification such as NEBOSH or IOSH is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs.
• Align HSE with Saudi labor regulations and international standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and safety reviews across projects.
• Investigate accidents and incidents; determine root causes and corrective actions.
• Coordinate inspections, audits, training, and regulatory reporting.
• Lead the implementation of safety training, toolbox talks, and inductions.
• Work with project teams to integrate safety into work planning and execution.
• Maintain incident registers, risk assessments, and performance dashboards.
• Act as liaison with regulatory agencies and external auditors.
