Role Context

The Health and Safety Manager will establish and maintain the systems needed to control workplace risks and meet Saudi and international requirements. The role involves regular collaboration with managers, supervisors, employees, regulators and external auditors to embed safety into everyday operations and project decisions.

Ideal Profile
  • Minimum 15 years of health and safety management experience.
  • Consultancy, construction or manufacturing experience is preferred.
  • Detailed knowledge of Saudi occupational safety requirements.
  • Strong understanding of applicable international standards.
  • Demonstrated expertise in hazard identification and risk assessment.
  • Proven incident investigation and root‑cause analysis capabilities.
  • Experience developing safety-management systems and programs.
