Role Context

The engineer will collaborate with operational leaders, employees, regulators and external specialists to embed effective controls throughout business activities and projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain occupational health and safety policies.

Ideal Profile

• Minimum 15 years of health and safety engineering experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Saudi occupational safety requirements.
• Strong understanding of OSHA standards and ISO 45001.
• Demonstrated expertise in risk assessment and hazard analysis.
• Proven experience developing and implementing safety programs.
• Strong background in incident investigation and root-cause analysis.
• Experience managing corrective and preventive actions.
• Proficiency with safety-management systems and related software.

• Strong project-management and organizational capabilities.
• Excellent written, verbal and training-delivery skills.
