Job summary

Cognition in Riyadh is hiring an Account Director to source, close and activate enterprise customers while feeding product feedback to the Cognition team. You will drive revenue growth and accelerate Devin's development by leading the full sales cycle from prospecting to activation.

You’ll collaborate with engineering, product and GTM teams to win complex deals, navigate layered organizations, and deliver scalable solutions to large technology enterprises in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Experience selling deeply technical products to enterprise customers.
• Ability to learn complex technical problems and requirements.
• Proven track record in fast-paced, high-impact sales environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue for Cognition, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Engage with C-suite, tech and AI leaders, procurement and legal stakeholders.
• Develop sourcing, product demos and closing strategies for multi-layered buying groups.
• Assess customers’ technical pain points and map Devin deployment to large tech orgs.
• Capture customer feedback to inform product and engineering roadmaps.
• Focus on pipeline, revenue growth and building a top-tier technical sales org.
