Six Flags Qiddiya City is seeking a Supervisor - Entertainment & Events Technical to lead a team of skilled technicians and oversee live shows, installations, and maintenance of audio, lighting, video, rigging, and effects.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and high-quality guest experiences, with collaboration across departments, budget monitoring, and staying current with new entertainment technologies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in entertainment, theatre, show or event production.
• Experience in large waterpark/theme park or cruise line management is preferred.
• Proficiency with A/V and stage tech systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of technicians, ensuring smooth daily operations and high-quality technical setups.
• Oversee setup, operation, and strike of lighting, sound, video, rigging, and special effects.
• Ensure safety regulations and equipment handling procedures are followed.
• Troubleshoot, perform preventive maintenance, and manage emergency repairs.
• Provide hands-on training and mentorship for technicians.
• Collaborate with Entertainment department, event managers, and external vendors.
• Monitor technical budgets and assist in cost control and improvements.
• Stay updated on emerging entertainment technologies and upgrades.
• Generate reports on technical operations, usage, incidents, and maintenance logs.
• Act as the first escalation point for resolving technical issues during live performances.
