Job summary

SEVEN in At Ta’if is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of the attraction, ensuring smooth, safe, and guest-focused experiences. You will oversee procurement, inventory, budgeting, scheduling, and business planning while maintaining compliance and a strong safety culture.

You will collaborate with the Attractions GM and department heads to develop strategies, optimize costs, and drive guest engagement through continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration.
• Certification in Operations or Project Management preferred.
• 5+ years of operations management experience in entertainment/hospitality.
• Experience managing large teams and complex guest-facing operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the attraction and ensure high guest service.
• Oversee procurement, inventory, budgeting and staff scheduling.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with SEVEN’s goals.
• Monitor performance and report variances to senior management.
