Job summary

Asteri Beauty is seeking a Training Manager to lead training and education strategies for our retail teams across regions, reporting to the Head of Operation from our Riyadh HQ. The role drives customer centricity, brand knowledge and service excellence through targeted programs and field activities.

The candidate will oversee frontline and management training, develop onboarding initiatives and ensure consistent standards across stores, with a focus on KPI improvement and CRM initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant training and education experience.
• Extensive wholesale partnership experience and retail selling environment.
• Advanced customer service, makeup artistry and public speaking skills.
• Ability to drive sales through training and education of retail teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operational and retail teams to diagnose training needs and implement action plans across regions.
• Develop and execute frontline training programs aligned with Brand, Sales, Marketing and HR strategies.
• Monitor KPI performance and ROI of training initiatives; report to leadership.
• Create onboarding programs for store and head office teams and maintain training calendars.
