Job summary

Damas Jewellery seeks a Training Specialist to design, deliver and continuously improve training for its sales staff across Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role includes in-store coaching, classroom and online sessions, and collaboration with product teams to align learning with brand standards.

You will create engaging training materials, utilize e-learning tools, and assess impact, while traveling to multiple retail locations as required to ensure consistent knowledge and customer service

Qualifications

• Graduate with specialization in HR/Training or equivalent.
• Certifications in Training & Development or CRM are a plus.
• HRD/GIA certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver training programs for sales staff.
• Conduct in-store and classroom or online training sessions.
• Coach staff across retail locations for improved performance.
• Create training materials, manuals, and exercises.
• Assess training effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and management teams.
