A leading retail and hospitality group in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering workshops, coaching, and mentoring various team members. The ideal candidate should possess a graduate degree in Human Resources or Psychology and have 4-5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a training or retail operations role. Saudi Nationals or native Arab speakers are preferred. Strong communication, project management, and planning skills are essential. This position aims to enhance team performance through effective learning and development strategies.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years relevant experience, with 2 years in Training or Retail Operations.
• Saudi Nationals / Native Arab Speakers preferred.

Responsabilités
