Job summary

Epergne Solutions in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Retail Strategy Senior Lead to drive retail banking strategy, transformation, performance and governance initiatives. The role collaborates with senior stakeholders to deliver strategic programmes and provide management insights.

You will lead PMO activities, track KPIs, prepare executive reports, and guide change management and process improvements. A 12+ years banking background and leadership experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Strategy or related discipline.
• 12+ years of banking experience, preferably within Retail Banking.
• Experience in Strategy, Transformation, PMO, or Performance Management.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership or managerial experience.
• Strong knowledge of Retail Banking products, services and processes.
• Strong experience in KPI/MI reporting, dashboards and performance management.
• Experience with senior stakeholder management and executive-level reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of Retail Banking strategy and transformation initiatives.
• Lead and coordinate strategic programmes, projects and PMO activities.
• Track KPIs, business performance, milestones, risks, issues and delivery progress.
• Prepare MI, dashboards, management reports and executive presentations.
• Analyse business performance, financials and key business drivers.
• Support business planning, performance improvement and cost optimisation initiatives.
• Coordinate sales performance and incentive management activities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and operational efficiency.
• Support change management and assess the impact of business, process and system changes.
• Facilitate senior stakeholder meetings and management committees.
• Provide leadership support to the Retail Strategy & Transformation function.
