Job summary

Epergne Solutions in Riyadh is seeking a Retail Strategy Senior Lead to drive retail banking strategy, transformation, performance governance and senior stakeholder insights.

You will lead strategic programmes and PMO activities, track KPIs, prepare management reports and executive presentations, and support planning and cost optimisation.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in banking, leadership experience, and deep knowledge of retail banking products, processes and performance management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Strategy or related discipline.
• 12+ years of banking experience, preferably in Retail Banking.
• Experience in Strategy, Transformation, PMO, Business Management or Performance Management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership or managerial capacity.
• Strong knowledge of Retail Banking products, services and business processes.
• Strong experience in KPI/MI reporting, dashboards and performance management.
• Good understanding of project/programme governance and delivery tracking.
• Strong business, financial and data analysis skills.
• Experience with senior stakeholder management and executive-level reporting.
• Strong presentation, communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of Retail Banking strategy and transformation initiatives.
• Lead and coordinate strategic programmes, projects and PMO activities.
• Track KPIs, business performance, milestones, risks, issues and delivery progress.
• Prepare MI, dashboards, management reports and executive presentations.
• Analyse business performance, financials and key business drivers.
• Support business planning, performance improvement and cost optimisation initiatives.
• Coordinate sales performance and incentive management activities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and operational efficiency.
• Support change management and assess the impact of business, process and system changes.
• Facilitate senior stakeholder meetings and management committees.
• Provide leadership support to the Retail Strategy & Transformation function.
