Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Strategy or related field.
• 12+ years of relevant banking experience, preferably in Retail Banking.
• Experience in Strategy, Transformation, PMO, Business Management or Performance Management.
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
• Strong knowledge of Retail Banking products, services and processes.
• Experience with KPI/MI reporting, dashboards and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of Retail Banking strategy and transformation initiatives.
• Lead and coordinate strategic programmes, projects and PMO activities.
• Track KPIs, business performance, milestones, risks, issues and delivery progress.
• Prepare MI, dashboards, management reports and executive presentations.
• Analyse business performance, financials and key drivers.
• Support business planning, performance improvement and cost optimisation.
• Coordinate sales performance and incentive management activities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and efficiency.

Role Summary:

We are seeking a Retail Strategy Senior Lead to support retail banking strategy, transformation, business performance and governance initiatives. The role will work closely with senior stakeholders to drive strategic programmes, monitor performance and provide management insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of Retail Banking strategy and transformation initiatives.
• Lead and coordinate strategic programmes, projects and PMO activities.
• Track KPIs, business performance, milestones, risks, issues and delivery progress.
• Prepare MI, dashboards, management reports and executive presentations.
• Analyse business performance, financials and key business drivers.

Skills & Requirements:

• 12+ years of relevant banking experience, preferably within Retail Banking.
• Experience in Strategy, Transformation, PMO, Business Management or Performance Management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership or managerial capacity.
• Strong knowledge of Retail Banking products, services and business processes.
• Strong experience in KPI/MI reporting, dashboards and performance management.
• Good understanding of project/programme governance and delivery tracking.
• Strong business, financial and data analysis skills.
• Experience with senior stakeholder management and executive-level reporting.
• Strong presentation, communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience in process improvement, change management and/or sales incentive management is desirable.
