Our client, a leading Saudi retailer, seeks a senior Sales leader to develop and execute the Retail Sales strategy across multi-branch operations in Riyadh. You will own revenue, profitability and KPIs, set targets, and drive performance.

The successful candidate has a Bachelor's in business and 15-20+ years in retail sales, with proven experience managing distributed teams and large sales networks, delivering growth with autonomy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 15-20+ years of sales experience, with significant experience within the retail sector.
• Extensive experience managing multi-branch retail operations.
• Proven experience managing large sales teams and geographically distributed operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall Retail Sales strategy.
• Lead and manage multi-branch retail operations and sales performance.
• Own sales revenue, profitability, and commercial KPIs.
• Set sales targets and ensure consistent achievement across branches.
• Analyze branch performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue and profitability.
• Improve sales productivity, conversion, average transaction value, and customer experience.
• Lead, coach, and develop Sales Managers and branch leadership teams.
