Job summary

Auxo Talent is seeking a Cards Consulting Program Lead to drive a large-scale transformation for a leading financial services organization in Saudi Arabia. You will lead end-to-end delivery across multiple streams, shape cards strategy for consumer, corporate and SME segments, and ensure successful product launches and digital enablement.

The role requires 12+ years in cards/payments or financial services transformation, strong C-level stakeholder management, and fluency in Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in consulting, cards/payments or financial services transformation.
• Experience leading complex, multi-workstream programs.
• Deep cards expertise across consumer, corporate and SME segments, CVM & portfolio management.
• Experience with product launches, digital banking, analytics and performance optimization.
• Strong C-level stakeholder management and consulting skills.
• Knowledge of SAMA regulations and Saudi payments landscape.
• Arabic and English proficiency is mandatory.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a complex cards transformation program across multiple workstreams.
• Drive cards strategy across consumer, corporate and SME segments, including CVM and portfolio management.
• Oversee product launches, CVP enhancements, loyalty, digital enablement and customer journey improvements.
• Establish program governance, manage risks, dependencies, issues and executive reporting.
• Develop business cases, analytics, market assessments and actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
• Lead cross-functional teams across business, technology, operations, risk, compliance and analytics.
• Manage testing, readiness, go-live, stabilization and benefit realization.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and drive measurable commercial, customer and operational outcomes.
