Job summary

Shift4 Payments, Inc. in Saudi Arabia seeks a results-driven Project Manager to lead strategic and operational initiatives, reporting to the KSA Country Manager in Riyadh.

You will translate priorities into actionable plans, coordinate stakeholders across Commercial, Merchant Services, Finance, Operations and Technology, and deliver sustainable improvements in a fast‑moving, international fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of project management experience in international/fintech environments.
• Master's degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Project Management or related field.
• Proven track record delivering complex cross-functional projects and engaging senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience developing business cases, financial models and management presentations.
• Ability to understand and document operational, system and accounting flows.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned strategic and operational projects from definition through implementation and review.
• Define scope, governance, milestones, budgets and success metrics with stakeholders.
• Build robust project plans and maintain decision-ready reporting for senior management.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Commercial, Merchant Services, Finance, Operations and Technology.
• Deliver business cases, recommendations and management presentations to support decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement and change management initiatives.
